Sunglass Fix wants to ensure customers around the world and repair their sunglasses.

We do all we can to ensure that happens.

We Guarantee the follow:

• Your Order Will Arrive: It may take some time for delivery to faraway places we'll ensure you get it
• Your Lenses Will Fit (Fit guarantee and installation help)
• You are happy with them (6 month no question return policy)
• They will last - 1 year manufacturer defect warranty.

The Sunglass Fix guarantees your replacement lenses will fit and perform as well if not better than your original lenses or your money back.

The Sunglass Fix strives to ensure each, and every customer is happy with our products and services. Our lenses have a lifetime guarantee against breakage.* Additionally, if you do not feel our lenses perform better than your originals we will gladly refund your money within 6 months of your purchase. To honour this The Sunglass Fix will:

1. Replace your lenses again.
2. Refund your money.

In both situations your lenses must be returned along with your purchase receipt to The Sunglass Fix. Please contact us below and include your order number and return reason and we will be more than happy to help you.  We are sorry, but return shipping is not covered in the guarantee and must be paid by the customer. 

Returns and Exchanges at The Sunglass Fix

Our main goal is to get all customers into a great set of new lenses. We have a few general guidelines to help us resolve mistakes made by ourselves or our customers.

• The Sunglass Fix's Mistake: We will either reship you the correct lenses or custom cut and install new lenses for you free of charge. We will do everything possible to get your sunglasses up and running like new.
• Customer Makes a Mistake: There are two options to resolve the problem.
  • Return for Refund or Exchange
  • Custom Cut and Install - The Sunglass Fix will perform a custom cut and free installation if necessary. Regular shipping charges will apply as we require your frames in the lab.

Fit or Installation Problems:

In the rare case you do have a fit problem please do the following:

1. Please ensure you've watched the Installation Videos Here.
2. Call us or email us on info@thesunglassfix.com.au
3. Please Provide:

• Complete model number of your sunglasses. This is usually found on the left inside arm of your sunglasses. If you have discovered, you ordered the wrong lenses still contact us. We will exchange them for you, usually at no cost, as our primary goal is to fix your sunglasses and have happy customers.
• Description of the problem:
  • Too Large
  • Too Small
  • Not even the right shape
  • Damaged during Transit
• Photo of the inside arm of your sunglasses where your model number is

** The Sunglass Fix guarantee does not cover sunglass frames. Lifetime breakage guarantee is only applicable to lenses that are not clip in or drilled-rimless models. Terms and conditions of guarantee can change at any time.
