Where is my Tracking Number or Shipping Confirmation?*

If you purchased tracked shipping the tracking information should have been emailed to you about 1 day after your order was placed. We mail that information and a link to the shipping carrier once we've made, packed, and shipped your lenses. Your package can be tracked until it is delivered.


Sunglass Fix provides Free Shipping around the world for replacement lenses. Free shipping within Australia does not have tracking and most international packages may have one but it's only for proof of lodgment (the shipping company has received your parcel). It usually will have no further tracking updates.

Please note if your order has not been dispatched we can add tracking to your shipment.

If you can not locate your shipping confirmation email please check your spam or junk folder.

If it still cannot be located we suggest sending an email to info@thesunglassfix.com.au



Normally this implies that a typo was made in your order and the email was incorrect. We can fix that and ensure you get a copy of your receipt and tracking number.

Please ensure you help us by including your first and last name and approximate date of order so we can locate your original order.
