The Sunglass Fix ships their lenses anywhere in the world for free.

We have served customers in over 170 countries for close to two decades helping hundreds of thousands of happy customers keep their favorite sunglasses longer.

Global shipping times vary from 1 week to 2 months depending on where you are in the world.

While delivery from Australia may take a little longer, our Australian made lenses are well worth the wait.  Sunglass Fix subsidizes all shipping options including express and tracked shipping. While we guarantee delivery of our goods, having tracking or a faster service is recommend for customers that want their lenses faster or like to monitor their travel. While we must charge a nominal fee for these shipping services they can help provide some peace of mind.

We use DHL ecommerce and SEKO global for almost all our international shipments. 

Please don't expect a yellow DHL van to pull up to your house. DHL and SEKO will typically take all packages directly to your countries postal systems for final domestic delivery.

Australia

Australian customers choosing Free Shipping (no tracking) can expect their lenses in 2-5 business days on the east coast. Rural Areas and Western Australia should receive them in 1-2 weeks.

Express Post should arrive in 2-3 days and has tracking. We are not in an express post overnight area. Regardless, Express Post still arrives fast and is a good service for Regional areas and Western Australia customers that need lenses quickly.

PO Boxes Required in Middle East

*Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and  UAE  customers are all required to provide a Post Office Box. 

Street Address are not accepted and DHL will return your package if we don't catch it before shipment. This will cause long delays.
