Thanks for checking in about the progress of your custom cut and install order. 


Your order has not been marked as received yet. It may be at our PO Box awaiting pickup and delivery to our warehouse. If you have a tracking number that you could send to us we can check where it is for you.


As soon as your sunglasses arrive in our warehouse, Lana our Customer Service Consultant who manages our inbound mail will email you to let you know that we have them. The Product team will email you again with the tracking number when they are on their way back to you so please ensure you are receiving emails from us or check your spam folder.
